Diet Fads

Don't be lulled by the tempation of too easy to be true weight loss. Our bodies can't shed weight any quicker than we can gain it. Any weight loss program that does not include exercise can not sustain itself. Our bodies are meant to move and we eat on a basic level to fuel the movement of our bodies.
